Well, why don’t you hire a decorated dummy display cake – what a novel idea!
You can have a full dummy cake for display and photo purposes or the option of having one single layer of cake (so you have something to cut), topped up with dummy layers. A nice cost saver if you’re on a tight budget and ideal if you don’t wish to serve your wedding cake as a dessert.
