If you are unfortunate to have more than 20% declined RSVP’s, you will receive a suitable refund for remaining items in your package. Guest name(s) can be printed on Table cards if a final guest list is provided within 4 weeks before the wedding date. Order of service and Table menu’s should also be agreed a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding date, however attempt to do this at your earliest convenience. Invites, RSVP and envelopes will be completed within a minimum of 6-8 weeks, depending on the quantities ordered, a collection date will be agreed upon once your order is finalised. If you wish, your order can be posted, this will always be sent via tracked mail/courier. The quoted price, is the price you pay, no extra delivery charges will be added on. Order must be paid in full to confirm the order and before any final items are dispatched. A mock-up will be designed based on the information provided, using professional discretion as necessary and you will then have the opportunity to approve or adjust this design. Once design agreed, an order invoice will be sent, including a PayPal link – to confirm order, finalise payment and your order will be placed and dispatched inline with our timescales. |
